Dimethicone (Polydimethylsiloxane, PDMS, CAS:9006-65-9,EINECS:209-136-7, HS Code:3910000000) is a colorless, transparent, odorless and tasteless silicone fluid available in industrial and cosmetic grades with viscosity range 5-100000 CST (25°C). Produced via advanced hydrolysis and polymerization of dimethyldichlorosilane followed by neutralization, distillation, and filtration processes, our product features 99.5% minimum purity with ultra-low volatile matter and cyclic siloxane (D3-D5) content. It exhibits exceptional thermal stability (-50°C to 200°C), chemical inertness, and water repellency, with a density of 0.960-0.975g/cm³ and refractive index of 1.400-1.410. Packaging & Storage
Standard packaging: 5L/25L HDPE drums, 200L iron drums with internal coating, or 1000L IBC tanks. Custom packaging available upon request. Store in a cool (≤30°C), dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and incompatible substances (strong acids, alkalis, oxidizing agents). Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent contamination and moisture absorption. Shelf life is 36 months under recommended storage conditions when properly sealed.
