The FGFR inhibitor Infigratinib (also known as BGJ398) is an ATP-competitive pan-FGFR inhibitor developed jointly by BridgeBio Biopharmaceuticals and Lonza Biopharma. It was approved by the FDA on May 28, 2021 for the treatment of patients with advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 mutations.
