Trinexapac-Ethyl is a high-efficiency triazine cyclohexane plant growth regulator widely used in agricultural production, belonging to gibberellin synthesis inhibitor. It can effectively block the synthesis of gibberellin inside crops, restrain excessive elongation of internode cells, shorten plant internode length, thicken stalks, improve stalk toughness and significantly reduce lodging risk caused by over-luxuriant growth, rainstorm and strong wind.

This product has excellent regulating effect on various gramineous crops and turf grass, including wheat, rice, barley, rye, corn, sugarcane, lawn, ryegrass and tall fescue. After reasonable spraying, crops will not grow wildly, the nutrient originally used for stem elongation will transfer to root system, tillers, spikes and grains, promoting root development, increasing effective tillering rate, boosting grain filling and raising thousand-grain weight to achieve stable yield increase. For lawn management, trinexapac-ethyl slows down grass vertical growth, reduces mowing frequency, makes turf compact, uniform and dark green, greatly cutting lawn maintenance labor cost.

Different from dwarfing agents with strong phytotoxicity, trinexapac-ethyl features mild regulating activity and high crop safety within recommended dosage range. It will not cause leaf yellowing, leaf deformity or delayed heading. It has fast absorption and conduction performance; after being absorbed by crop leaves, it can quickly transmit to growth points, take effect within 3–7 days and maintain long-term regulating effect. It can be mixed with most neutral insecticides, fungicides and foliar fertilizers, compatible with conventional agricultural spraying equipment without blocking nozzles.
