Molybdenum Disulfide Lithium Base Grease is a multi-purpose heavy-duty industrial lubricating grease produced with high-viscosity refined mineral base oil, lithium soap thickener and added high-purity molybdenum disulfide solid anti-wear powder. This integrated formula combines the excellent adhesion, water resistance and oxidation resistance of lithium base grease with the extreme pressure anti-friction performance of molybdenum disulfide, making it widely used in heavy-load mechanical equipment, construction machinery, mining vehicles, automobile chassis and bearing lubrication under harsh working conditions.

Ordinary lithium grease only provides basic lubrication and anti-rust effects, while molybdenum disulfide forms a firm dry lubricating film on metal friction surfaces under high pressure and impact load. It can avoid direct metal-to-metal contact, greatly reduce friction coefficient, suppress wear, scratches and jamming of gears, bearings and sliding rails. Even under intermittent impact, heavy load, low-speed high-torque and high-temperature working environments, the lubricating film will not be broken easily, effectively extending the service life of mechanical parts and lowering equipment maintenance and replacement costs.

This grease features outstanding water washout resistance and sealing performance. It won’t be washed away by rainwater, cooling water or muddy slurry, so it is very suitable for outdoor construction machinery, mining loaders, excavators, agricultural tractors and marine mechanical bearings exposed to humid environments. It also possesses good oxidation stability, long service cycle, less dripping at medium-high temperature, no softening loss of grease during continuous operation. Multiple consistency grades (0#, 1#, 2#, 3#) are available to meet different filling requirements of centralized lubrication systems, hand grease guns and closed bearing housings.

Our factory strictly controls the addition proportion of molybdenum disulfide powder, adopts uniform dispersion technology to prevent solid powder precipitation and stratification during long-term storage. Each batch is tested for dropping point, penetration, extreme pressure wear resistance, water resistance and anti-rust performance to ensure stable quality.
