Enclomiphene citrate is an organic citrate salt. Its triphenylethylene structure endows it with favorable photoluminescence properties in organic solvents. The tertiary amine group within its molecular structure makes it susceptible to oxidation by oxidizing agents, which generates corresponding nitrogen oxides.
Bioactivity
Enclomiphene citrate is an orally active estrogen receptor antagonist with anti-estrogen activity.
Application
It can be applied to regulate ovarian function-related disorders.
