KWDOE-120, INCI named PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate with CAS 86893-19-8, is a high-performance nonionic associative thickener derived from natural methyl glucose and oleic acid esterification, widely used as premium daily cosmetic raw material instead of traditional inorganic salt thickeners.

The product appears as uniform white to pale yellow flaky solid with faint mild smell. It dissolves rapidly in hot water, propylene glycol and surfactant solutions without agglomeration, forming clear transparent viscous liquid. Its associative thickening mechanism builds stable viscosity network through hydrophobic group cross-linking with surfactant micelles, showing outstanding thickening capacity in low addition amount.

Compared with common thickeners, KWDOE-120 features ultra-mild performance with no eye and skin irritation, greatly lowering irritation risk of sulfate, sulfosuccinate and other strong cleaning surfactants, which makes it core additive for infant shampoo, bubble bath and sensitive facial cleanser. It does not suppress foam richness or foam persistence, maintaining fluffy creamy foam while boosting system viscosity, and leaves smooth non-sticky finish on skin and hair after rinsingShanghai D....

It owns excellent formula compatibility and anti-salt stability, keeping consistent viscosity under weak acid, neutral and low-salt environments, suitable for transparent shower gel, mild facial wash, moisturizing shampoo and mild hand sanitizer. Recommended adding proportion is 0.5%–5%; users can directly stir and heat it into raw material system, or pre-dissolve with hot water 1:5–10 ratio before blending for easier operation.
