99% purified Iron Chloride Hexahydrate, also known as ferric chloride hexahydrate, CAS 10025-77-1, is a high-efficiency inorganic iron salt chemical raw material independently produced by Shandong Zhishang Chemical, presented as neat yellow-brown solid lumps with stable crystal structure. Adopting high-quality iron ore and hydrochloric acid as raw materials through full reaction, filtration impurity removal and low-temperature crystallization process, our factory strictly controls ferrous ions, water insoluble residues and free acid impurities, the effective content of ferric chloride hexahydrate reaches above 99%, far exceeding ordinary industrial grade products, fully matching high-standard requirements of wastewater purification, circuit board etching and metal processing industries.

This product has strong hygroscopicity and can quickly dissolve in water to form yellow acidic aqueous solution with powerful hydrolysis performance. After dissolving, ferric ions will hydrolyze massively to produce iron hydroxide flocs with excellent adsorption capacity. These flocs can efficiently capture suspended solids, organic pollutants, phosphate and heavy metal particles in sewage, aggregate tiny impurities into large flocs and realize rapid sedimentation, which greatly reduces water turbidity, COD and total phosphorus indexes of industrial and municipal wastewater, achieving integrated functions of decolorization, deodorization and phosphorus removal.

As multi-functional industrial auxiliary chemical, ferric chloride hexahydrate covers multiple core downstream fields. In water treatment industry, it acts as high-efficiency inorganic flocculant for printing and dyeing wastewater, chemical plant sewage, mine wastewater and domestic sewage, with faster sedimentation speed and lower sludge output compared with aluminum salt flocculants. In electronic manufacturing industry, it is the core etching chemical raw material for PCB printed circuit boards, uniformly corroding redundant copper foil on circuit substrates to form precise circuit lines with clear edges without burr defects. In metal processing field, it serves as surface pickling agent for stainless steel and copper alloy, removing surface oxide skin and rust stains to improve metal surface smoothness.
