    Diethanolmonoisopropanolamine, abbreviated as DEIPA, CAS 6712-98-7, chemical name 1-[Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-2-propanol, molecular formula C₇H₁₇NO₃. It is a viscous organic amine liquid, colorless to pale yellow under normal temperature, with slight amine odor.
    DEIPA is a high-efficiency building material chemical specially developed for cement grinding industry. Compared with traditional triethanolamine and triisopropanolamine grinding aids, DEIPA has prominent advantages in improving cement strength. During cement grinding process, it can cover mineral particle surface, eliminate particle agglomeration, increase grinding efficiency and raise mill production capacity, effectively reducing power consumption.
    When added into cement, DEIPA accelerates the hydration reaction of cement clinker, significantly improves 3d, 7d and 28d compressive strength of cement. It allows cement manufacturers to increase mixing ratio of industrial waste residue such as fly ash, slag and mineral powder, reduce clinker consumption and achieve energy-saving and cost reduction.
    Our factory supplies two mainstream specifications: 85% aqueous solution and 98% high concentration product. Strict production control guarantees stable content index. This product has good compatibility with most common cement additives, suitable for various Portland cement, composite cement production lines.
    DEIPA is classified as non-hazardous general cargo for ocean transportation. Please store in sealed container under cool and ventilated environment. Long-term high temperature storage will cause color deepening. Avoid mixing with strong acid chemicals to prevent neutralization reaction.
    Standard packing is 210kg HDPE plastic drum, and 1000L IBC tote tank is available for large-volume orders. We can provide complete COA, SDS documents for each shipment. Stable factory inventory supports lab trial samples and full container bulk orders.
