Polyaluminum Chloride (PAC, Poly Aluminium Chloride, CAS:101707‑17‑9, general formula  is a water-soluble inorganic polymeric aluminum coagulant, also known as basic aluminum chloride. It is produced by reaction of aluminum-containing raw materials with hydrochloric acid, followed by polymerization, concentration, drying process. It appears as pale yellow, yellowish-brown powder or granular solid; liquid type is light yellow transparent liquid. Easily soluble in water, rapid hydrolysis in aqueous solution to form multi-nuclear hydroxyl aluminum complexes, with strong charge neutralization, adsorption bridging and flocculation capacity. It features wide applicable pH range, fast floc settling speed, low residual aluminum and low corrosion to pipelines. It is the most mainstream inorganic water treatment coagulant, complying with GB/T 22627 industrial standard and drinking water grade specifications. Municipal Water & Domestic Sewage Treatment (Core Consumption Field)
Efficient coagulant for tap water raw water purification, municipal domestic sewage. It rapidly aggregates suspended solids, colloids, organic matter, algae and turbidity substances in water, forms dense alum flocs for sedimentation separation, effectively reduce COD, chroma and SS. Suitable for low-temperature, low-turbidity raw water treatment.
Industrial Wastewater Treatment Industry
Used for printing & dyeing wastewater, electroplating wastewater, oily wastewater, papermaking wastewater, mining beneficiation wastewater and chemical wastewater treatment. Remove suspended particles, partial organic pollutants and heavy metal ions; often combined with polyacrylamide (PAM) to improve sedimentation efficiency. Widely used in oilfield produced water oil-water separation.
Paper Making Industry
Wet-end retention aid and sizing auxiliary agent for paper pulp. Improve retention rate of fiber and filler, reduce raw material loss; enhance paper density, smoothness and strength; also used for papermaking wastewater decolorization.
Mining & Mineral Processing Industry
Flocculant for ore tailings wastewater, accelerate settlement of mineral fine particles, realize water recycling, reduce tailing pond water turbidity.

Packaging & Storage
Standard package: 25kg woven bag lined with PE inner bag; ton jumbo bag available for bulk shipment.
Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, keep tightly sealed. Hygroscopic, prevent moisture absorption and agglomeration. Keep away from strong alkalis, strong oxidants. Avoid direct sunlight and rain soaking during transportation. Shelf life: 24 months under sealed dry storage condition.
