It is synthetic linear tripeptide with amino acid sequence Lys-Pro-Val (KPV), derived from the C-terminal fragment of alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone. It retains the anti-inflammatory activity of α-MSH, with minimal melanogenic activity. Our product is prepared by solid-phase peptide synthesis and supplied as lyophilized powder.
