Hexapeptide‑9 (Collaxyl™, CAS 1228371‑11‑6) is water‑soluble biomimetic signal peptide with sequence H‑Gly‑Pro‑Gln‑Gly‑Pro‑Gln‑OH. It is white lyophilized powder. It mimics fragments of collagen IV and XVII, stimulates synthesis of collagen I/III, fibronectin and laminin‑5, reinforces dermo‑epidermal junction. It accelerates epidermal regeneration, improves fine lines, sagging and post‑acne scar appearance. Widely applied in anti‑aging, firming and repairing cosmetic formulas.
