β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, reduced (NADPH) is the reduced form of NADP⁺ and a key electron donor in reductive biosynthesis. It is supplied as a high-purity reference standard (HPLC≥95%) for biochemical research.

Synthetic Process
NADPH is produced by the enzymatic reduction of NADP⁺ using glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase or related systems, followed by purification.

Mechanism of Action
NADPH provides reducing equivalents for fatty acid synthesis, cholesterol synthesis, and nucleotide synthesis. It is essential for the glutathione reductase system and the cytochrome P450 monooxygenase system, and is a cofactor for nitric oxide synthase.
