      Product Detail

When condensed and polymerized with formaldehyde, melamine resin can be produced, which is used in the plastics and coatings industries and also serves as a crease-resistant and shrink-resistant treatment agent for textiles. Modified versions of this resin can be used to produce metal coatings with vivid colors, excellent durability, and high hardness. It is also used in sturdy, heat-resistant decorative panels; moisture-proof paper; tanning agents for gray leather; adhesives for synthetic fire-retardant laminates; and as a fixative or hardener for waterproofing agents. 582 melamine resin is produced from melamine, formaldehyde, and butanol. It serves as a leveling agent for solvent-based polyurethane coatings with excellent results.
