Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM) is cationic polyelectrolyte polymer flocculant. With positive charged molecular chain, it can neutralize negative charge of organic colloidal particles effectively. It is highly suitable for sludge dewatering process of high organic‑content wastewater.

Performance & Typical Applications

Model BH‑CPAM‑60 with 60% ionicity. It can form large and compact flocs, reduce moisture content of sludge cake after filter‑press. Suitable for municipal sewage plant sludge, food processing wastewater, slaughter‑house wastewater, printing‑dyeing organic sludge. COA, MSDS available.

25kg kraft paper bag with PE inner bag. Customized packaging and pallet service available upon request. Suitable for sea freight in 20GP/40GP container. Keep dry during transit, avoid exposure and damp. Cannot transport together with strong oxidants and strong acid. Sealed storage in dry cool warehouse, prevent moisture. We can supply COA, MSDS, certificate of origin and other export documents for customs clearance. Loading: approx 18MT per 20GP on pallets.

This high ionicity CPAM is specially used for organic sludge dewatering. It can form compact flocs and reduce sludge cake moisture. The recommended concentration for preparation is 0.2%-0.5%.

Polyacrylamide is relatively stable to heat with its solid only being softened at 220~230 °C and its solution subjecting to significant degradation only at above 110 °C.
