    Company Profile

Our company specializes in the research, development, production, and supply of research-grade synthetic peptide raw materials for life science laboratories. We have established a comprehensive set of standardized production and quality control processes and maintain an experienced product and sales team. We provide tailored raw material solutions based on our customers’ specific experimental protocols, and our business spans multiple countries and regions.

Guided by the principles of integrity and quality first, we continuously monitor market trends in research materials and promptly adjust our supply plans. From initial consultation and order confirmation to production scheduling and final shipment, we strive to ensure that every order is processed efficiently.

    Product Details

This series consists of research-grade synthetic peptide lyophilized powders, prepared through chemical synthesis followed by a specialized lyophilization process. Lyophilization effectively reduces the moisture content of the material, slows molecular degradation, and maintains excellent stability.

Each batch undergoes random sampling and testing before shipment, with a purity of up to 99%; The powder is fine and uniform, dissolves well in suitable solvents, has low impurity levels, and maintains consistent specifications across batches, making it a reliable raw material for biochemical experiments, in vitro analyses, and academic research projects.

We accommodate both small trial orders and bulk purchases; the larger the order volume, the more significant the unit price advantage. We are also open to negotiating custom packaging specifications to suit the usage habits of different laboratories.

    Quality Assurance

From raw material selection to finished product shipment, we enforce strict end-to-end quality management. All upstream raw materials are sourced from qualified suppliers and undergo initial inspection prior to warehousing.

Production strictly adheres to standardized operating procedures; after synthesis and purification, the finished product undergoes multiple tests, including HPLC purity determination, heavy metal screening, moisture content testing, and impurity spectrum analysis.

Products are only released from the warehouse after passing all tests. We maintain complete batch records and can assist in verifying corresponding test data when required for customers’ research documentation.

    Packaging and Logistics

We use professional, light-resistant, sealed vials for inner packaging, with cushioning materials on the outer layer to minimize the impact of bumps during transit and temperature fluctuations.

We partner with established international logistics providers; once payment is confirmed, we arrange shipment within 1–2 business days and provide a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment’s progress.

    Support Services

Our sales and technical teams are committed to providing reliable support to laboratory buyers and will respond to inquiries within 24 business hours.

If you have questions regarding specification selection, storage guidelines, order status, or packaging requirements, please feel free to contact us; where possible, we can provide customized labeling and repackaging solutions.

Once the goods are shipped, we will continuously monitor the logistics status; if you encounter any issues upon receipt, please contact us promptly, and we will provide appropriate resolution.

    Storage Conditions

Please store in a cool, dry, dark, and low-temperature environment.

    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

We recommend repackaging according to experimental needs to reduce the risk of activity decline.

    ECHEMI Editorial Reference
Angiotensin II human is a vasoconstrictor that acts on the AT1 and the AT2 receptor.
    Solid
Ile(5)-angiotensin II is an angiotensin II that acts on the central nervous system (PDB entry: 1N9V). It has a role as a human metabolite. It is a tautomer of an Ile(5)-angiotensin II dizwitterion.|Angiotensin II is under investigation for the treatment of Sepsis, Septic Shock, Diabetes Mellitus, and Acute Renal Failure. Angiotensin II has been investigated for the treatment, basic science, and diagnostic of Hypertension, Renin Angiotensin System, and Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy. As of December 21, 2017 the FDA approved La Jolla Pharmaceutical's Giapreza (angiotensin II) Injection for Intravenouse Infusion for the indication of acting as a vasoconstrictor to increase blood pressure in adults with septic or other distributive shock. The novelty of the medication lies in the fact that it is the first and only use of synthetic human angiotensin II to help maintain body blood pressure. Shock is the inability to maintain blood flow to vital tissues and the potential resultant organ failure and death within hours, no matter young or o ld. As distributive shock is the most common type of shock in the inpatient setting and affects up to one third of patients in the intensive care unit, the FDA determined that there is a need for treatment options for critically ill hypotensive patients who do not adequately respond to currently available therapies.|Angiotensin ii is a Vasoconstrictor. The physiologic effect of angiotensin ii is by means of Vasoconstriction.|Therapeutic Angiotensin II is a synthetic form of the endogenous angiotensin II, a peptide hormone of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) that causes vasoconstriction and an increase in blood pressure, that may be used for the treatment of septic or other distributive shock. Upon administration, therapeutic angiotensin II binds to angiotensin II type 1 receptor on vascular smooth muscle cells which leads to Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent phosphorylation of myosin. This causes smooth muscle contraction and results in vasoconstriction and an increase in blood pressure. Therapeutic angiotensin II also increases blood pressure by stimulating the release of the steroid hormone aldosterone, which regulates the renal absorption of water and sodium.|An octapeptide that is a potent but labile vasoconstrictor. It is produced from angiotensin I after the removal of two amino acids at the C-terminal by ANGIOTENSIN CONVERTING ENZYME. The amino acid in position 5 varies in different species. To block VASOCONSTRICTION and HYPERTENSION effect of angiotensin II, patients are often treated with ACE INHIBITORS or with ANGIOTENSIN II TYPE 1 RECEPTOR BLOCKERS.
