Dearomatized D80, also known as hydrotreated light petroleum distillate, CAS No.64742-47-8, is an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent refined by deep hydrogenation process. It is a clear, colorless liquid with very mild odor, composed of normal paraffins, isoparaffins and cycloparaffins. Its aromatic content is strictly controlled at an ultra-low level, which greatly reduces odor and irritation compared with traditional mineral spirits. This product has stable solvency, moderate evaporation speed and good compatibility with most resins, oils and additives. Our D80 solvent is manufactured under strict industrial quality control for stable batch consistency and global export.

Dearomatized D80 is a versatile low-aromatic solvent widely adopted across multiple industries. It serves as carrier solvent for paints, coatings, printing inks and adhesives, offering long open time and smooth film forming performance. It is also popular for industrial degreasing, metal cleaning, blanket wash and precision part cleaning. In agrochemical industry, it works as solvent carrier for pesticides and herbicide formulations. Besides, it can be used for metalworking fluids, release agents, aerosol formulations and extraction solvent in fine chemical processing. Low aromatic feature makes it a preferred eco-friendly substitute for ordinary white spirit.
