Product Detail

1. White crystalline powder with a phenol-like smell.
2. Soluble in acetic acid, acetone, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, ether, benzene, and alkaline solutions; slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride, sparingly soluble in water. It is weakly acidic. The hydroxyl group's ortho position is very reactive, easily undergoing nitration, halogenation, sulfonation, and alkylation. Low toxicity.
