1-PHENYLPIPERAZINE Use and Manufacturing
A solution of Intermediate'A' (200 mg, 0.55 mmol), l-phenylpiperidin-4-amine (100 mg, 0.57 mmol, 1.00 equiv), and Et3N (168 mg, 1.66 mmol) in CH2CI2 (5 mL) was stirred overnight at rt, then quenched by the addition of H2O and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layers were concentrated under vacuum to afford 150 mg (64%) of the title compound as a white solid. LC-MS (ES, m/z): 427.5
