5-Bromo-2-fluoropyrimidine Use and Manufacturing
In a sealed tube, A solution of 2-fluoro-5-bromo-pyrimidine (0.500 g, 2.8248 mmol, 1.0 eq), (R)- 3 fluoro- pyrrolidine hydrochloride (390 mg, 3.1073 mmol) and triethylamine (1.2 mL, 8.4745 mmol) in ethanol (5mL) was heated at 120C for 30 min under microwave irradiation.
