Acid Red 266 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 4-chloro-2-trifluoromethylaniline and gamma acid as raw materials, firstly diazotize 4-chloro-2-trifluoromethylaniline, and then couple with gamma acid to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering, drying and crushing.

Uses

Weak acid red E-BM is mainly used for nylon dyeing, it can also be used for dyeing acrylic fiber with copper ion dyeing method, and is also used for dyeing acetate fiber. When dyeing, there is a slight change in the color of copper ions, but no change in the case of iron ions.
