Drug Function and Efficacy

(1) Anticoagulation and fibrinolysis. Promotes fibrinogen degradation, reduces plasma fibrinogen concentration, inhibits platelet adhesion and aggregation, improves red blood cell deformability, reduces blood viscosity, activates microcirculation, prevents thrombosis, and has anti-atherosclerotic effects. (2) Scavenges free radicals to improve the body's antioxidant capacity, enhances SOD activity, and counteracts LPO damage to the vascular endothelium; scavenges reactive oxygen free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals, promotes nerve cell regeneration and metabolism, improves nerve cell activity, prevents nerve aging and resists brain tissue hypoxia, and improves the physiological function of brain cells under hypoxic conditions. (3) Reduces cholesterol absorption, inhibits cholesterol ester degradation, and effectively inhibits low-density lipoprotein (LDL) oxidative modification. (4) Improves microcirculation and promotes bone marrow regeneration; scavenges free radicals to protect peripheral white blood cells from chemotherapy and radiotherapy damage. Enhances immunity, promotes T cell activation, enhances NK cell and LAK cell activity, and enhances cell-mediated immune function. Promotes monocytes to produce IL-1 and IL-2.
