Boc-L-valine Use and Manufacturing
Using tert-butoxycarbonyl azide and L-valine as raw materials, the crude product is obtained by acylation under alkaline conditions, and then extracted with ether and ethyl acetate, and then recrystallized to obtain a refined product.
Boc-L-Valine is used in amino acid conjugates as proteasome inhibitors.
