2-[Bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]ethyl octadecanoate Use and Manufacturing
Put 237 kg of triethanolamine and 450 kg of oleic acid into the reaction kettle, bubbling with nitrogen for air flow stirring, and heating to 130-140°C, then take out the water with nitrogen. After being kept at about 130°C for 1 h, the temperature is continued to rise to 140-160°C, and the reaction is kept until anhydrous is carried out as the end of the reaction. Stop heating, cool to below 60℃ with cooling water, and stop nitrogen flow. Filling and filling is the finished product.
This product is an emulsifier and can also be used as a processing aid for phthalocyanine pigments.
