Dimethachlon Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

By 3, 5-dichloroaniline and butanediamine reaction system. Add 243kg of 3, 5-dioxaniline, 186kg of succinic acid and 2.5kg of sulfuric acid into the reaction kettle, and heat to 170°C until all the water generated by the reaction is evaporated. After the reaction, the material is discharged while it is hot and cooled to obtain sclerotia. The net raw powder, the yield is 87.4%.

Uses

Sclerotium is an agricultural fungicide, which has a good control effect on rice sheath blight, rape sclerotium and tobacco brown spot disease. The prevention and treatment of rape sclerotia according to the effective ingredient is 30-50g per mu once, 40-100g per mu twice, and the control effect is 90-100%. The oral LD50 of this product is 1280mg/kg in male mice and 2073mg/kg in male mice.
