The preparation method is that 2, 6-difluorobenzamide reacts with oxalyl chloride to obtain the corresponding isocyanate. Add 2, 6-difluorobenzamide and solvent into the enamel reaction kettle, add oxalyl chloride dropwise under stirring, when the quantitative oxalyl chloride is added dropwise, heat up and remove the solvent to obtain 2, 6-difluorobenzene Formyl isocyanate.
2,6-Difluorobenzoyl isocyanate is an important intermediate in the synthesis of benzoyl urea pesticides, and can be used to synthesize almost all varieties of benzoyl urea insecticides, such as hexaflumuron and insecticides. Urea, flumicarbazone, fipronil, diflubenzuron, flufenuron, lufenuron, flufenuron, flufenuron, etc.
