Drug Function and Efficacy

It can improve the ST-segment elevation of ischemic electrocardiogram and reduce the infarction area in dogs with acute myocardial ischemia caused by coronary artery ligation. It can inhibit the occurrence of arrhythmias, reduce the infarction area and lower the serum LDH and CK levels in rats with acute myocardial infarction caused by coronary artery ligation. It can reduce the ST-segment elevation of electrocardiogram, reduce the incidence of arrhythmias and animal mortality in rats with acute myocardial ischemia caused by vasopressin. It can improve the whole blood viscosity of rabbits with blood stasis model. It can increase coronary blood flow, lower blood pressure, slow down heart rate and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption in normal anesthetized dogs.
