Using 4-nitro-o-anisidine, 5-nitro-anthranilic acid, H acid, 5-aminosalicylic acid and J acid as raw materials, first diazotize 5-nitro-anthranilic acid, and After H acid coupling, the 4-nitro o-methoxyaniline is diazotized and coupled with the first coupling product for the second time, then the two nitro groups are reduced and double nitridation is performed. In addition, first diazotize 5-aminosalicylic acid, then couple with J acid, and finally couple this coupling product with the aforementioned double nitridation product to obtain the final product. After salting out, filtering, drying and crushing, the finished product is obtained.
Direct copper salt gray GRL is suitable for the dyeing of cotton, viscose fiber and its blended fabrics. It is also used for direct printing or ground color discharge printing of cotton and viscose fiber fabrics. Poor dye transfer, good level dyeing and good dye uptake.
