Disperse Yellow 163 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline and N, N-dicyanoethylaniline as raw materials, first diazotize the former and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained. . Add 98% sulfuric acid to the diazotization pot, lower the temperature to below 10°C, slowly add the dried and crushed sodium nitrite, increase the temperature to 70°C, keep it for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature to 0-10°C, and slowly add 2 , 6-Dichloro-4-nitroaniline, after the addition, continue to stir and react for 4h to obtain diazonium liquid. The feeding ratio of each reactant: 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline: sulfuric acid: sodium nitrite=1:1.5:1.03 (the ratio of the amount of substances). In the coupling pot, add the diazonium liquid in a trickle into 2 times its mass of crushed ice to dilute, and then slowly add N, N-dicyanoethyl aniline dissolved in 40% sulfuric acid to maintain 5-10℃ After the addition, continue to stir for 10h, then heat to 50-55℃ and stir for more than 5h, press filte
Disperse yellow BR is suitable for dyeing and printing polyester and blended fabrics.
