Sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate Use and Manufacturing
The anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate method first neutralizes phosphoric acid and soda ash to form disodium hydrogen phosphate, which is spray-dried, then melt polymerized, and cooled to obtain anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate. Add anhydrous sodium pyrophosphate to the dissolution tank and add water to dissolve at 65～75℃ to control the concentration of the solution at 19～21°Bé. It is filtered with a static self-flow filter, and the filtrate is sent to a cooling crystallizer for cooling crystallization and centrifugal separation to obtain a crystalline sodium pyrophosphate product. Its H3PO4+Na2CO3→Na2HPO4+H2O+CO2↑2Na2HPO4[△]→Na4P2O7+H2ONa4P2O7+10H2O→Na4P2O7?10H2O
It is used in fusion matrix.
