OXIDATIVE COUPLING OF 2-MERCAPTOBENZOTHIAZOLE & T-BUTYLAMINE USING EITHER SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE OR CHLORINE GAS & AIR

Uses

It can be used as after-effect accelerator of natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and natural rubber reclaimed rubber. This product has the advantages of excellent scorch resistance and short vulcanization time, that is, there is no danger of scorch at the operating temperature and the promotion effect is strong at the vulcanization temperature, especially the aftereffect in natural rubber is greater. This product needs to be combined with zinc oxide and stearic acid and can also be activated by thiuram dithiocarbamate, aldamines, guanidine accelerators and acidic substances. This product has slight pollution and almost no discoloration. It can be used to manufacture light-colored or brilliant-colored rubber products. It is mainly used to manufacture tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes, cables and general industrial products.
