Disperse Yellow 42 Use and Manufacturing
Taking o-nitrochlorobenzene, aniline and chlorosulfonic acid as the main raw materials, firstly, o-nitrochlorobenzene and chlorosulfonic acid are subjected to chlorosulfonation reaction, and then condensed with aniline, filtered, ground, and dried to obtain the finished product. . Heat 349.5g chlorosulfonic acid (100%) to 60℃, add it to 78.8g o-nitrochlorobenzene (100%) that has been melted, then heat to 105-110℃ for 6h, then quickly pour the product into 1500mL In water (water temperature 0-5°C), stir for 30 min below 25°C, filter, and wash with cold water until neutral, to obtain 160-162g of a 30% water-containing paste product. Add 215mL of water, 14.85g (100%) of light calcium carbonate, 32.1g (100%) of aniline to the reactor, stir and raise the temperature to 35-40℃, add 38.4g of the above paste product, continue to raise the temperature to 100℃, and reflux 8h. Cool down to 40°C, filter and wash with hot water until there is no aniline. After drying at 100℃, the product is about 53g.
