Acid Blue 129 Use and Manufacturing
Taking bromamine acid and 2, 4, 6-trimethylaniline as raw materials, the two are condensed in the presence of cuprous chloride to obtain the product. After filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained. In a 250mL four-necked flask, add 19.1g (0.005mol) bromamine acid, 80g water, 4g polyethylene glycol 400, and stir well. Then add 6.2g sodium bicarbonate and 1.5g sodium carbonate, heat in a water bath, raise the temperature to 50℃, add 7.25g mesitidine (pre-dissolved in 20mL ethanol), continue to raise the temperature to 75℃, and then add the newly prepared sodium chloride Copper (add slowly to prevent flushing). After the addition, react at 75°C for 1 hour, continue to heat up to 80°C, and react for 4 hours. Then the temperature is lowered to 50°C, acidified with 30% hydrochloric acid to pH=2, filtered, and washed repeatedly with 1% hydrochloric acid until there is no purple by-product. The filter cake is obtained and dried to obtain about 18g of the product.
Weak acid brilliant blue PR is mainly used for dyeing and printing wool, silk, nylon and its fabrics. Good levelness, bright color and good fastness. It is used alone to dye brilliant blue above medium depth. It is also used for color matching and color adjustment, less for light colors. It can also be used for leather coloring.
