Description

clear colorless to pale yellow liquid Caravone occurs in different forms. l-Carvone exhibits odor of spearmint, while d-carvone exhibits odor reminiscent of caraway.


Liquid|(l-form) colourless to pale strawberry coloured liquid with a spearmint-like odour


(-)-carvone is a carvone having (R) configuration. It is an enantiomer of a (+)-carvone.
