Drug Function and Efficacy

It is a calcium antagonist that inhibits the influx of Ca2+, can relax vascular smooth muscle, significantly dilate coronary arteries, increase coronary blood flow, and has a good effect on angina pectoris. It can slow down the heart rate, reduce the load on the left ventricle, and thus reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. It has a good effect in treating angina pectoris. It is also effective for ventricular arrhythmias, but has a poor effect on supraventricular arrhythmias; this product often works for patients who are ineffective with other antiarrhythmic drugs.
