Sorbic acid ester has a strong inhibitory effect on 6 kinds of common molds, among which n-butyl sorbate has the strongest antibacterial ability; sorbic acid ester still has good antibacterial effect after heat treatment at 121℃ for 30 min, and at pH5 Within the range of -8, they have strong antibacterial ability and show good stability.
