N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-L-phenylalanine 50g, dichloromethane 800 ml, stirring and dissolving, p-nitrophenol 39 g, DMAP 3 g, DCC 39 g, Around 20 °C react for 5 hours, filtering, evaporating the filtrate, adding ethanol to 100 ml, heating up and dissolving, slowly cooling to 20 - 30 °C, gradually solids are separated out, adding water to 50 ml, lowering the temperature to 0 °C, crystallization 1 hour, to obtain the solid 62 g (yield 86.5percent, purity 93percent).
