Methods of Manufacturing

In the production of Kleeve acid, a mixed salt of aminonaphthalenesulfonic acid is obtained, which also contains magnesium salt of 1, 8-aminonaphthalenesulfonic acid. These three isomer magnesium salts have different solubility at different temperatures. During operation, the mixed liquid (reducing liquid) is first concentrated to a certain concentration, the temperature is reduced to 30-32 ℃, and 1, 6-aminonaphthalenesulfonic acid is first precipitated Magnesium salt (acidification after filtration to obtain 1, 6-Krev acid); the filtrate was partially acidified by adding sulfuric acid, stirred at 40-45°C for 12h, and filtered to obtain 1-naphthylamine-8-sulfonic acid. The filtrate was further acid-extracted to obtain 1, 7-Clev acid. Raw material consumption quota: refined naphthalene (99%) 1206kg/t, nitric acid (98%) 605kg/t, iron powder 1227kg/t, sulfuric acid (98%) 3463kg/t, dolomite (containing MgO20%) 27.86kg/t.
