Acid Yellow 199 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2-nitro-4'-aminodiphenylamine-4-sulfonic acid and m-cresol as raw materials, first diazotize the former and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.
Acid Yellow A-4R is mainly used for the dyeing of nylon. It is bright orange and has excellent fastness. When used in blended fabrics, it does not stain other fibers, but wool stains are severe.
