The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel flash chromatography (10 to 60% 38 EtOAc in hexanes) to afford 81 1-(4-(5-(3, 5-dichloropyridin-2-yl)-2-(2-isobutoxy-6-methylphenyl)-4, 5, 6, 7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrazolo[4, 3-c]pyridin-3-yl)-2, 5-difluorophenyl)urea.1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD): delta 8.15 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 8.02 (dd, J=7.1, 12.5 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 7.32 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 6.92 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1H), 6.89 (d, J=7.5 Hz, 1H), 6.82 (dd, J=6.3, 11.3 Hz, 1H), 4.87 (br, 2H), 4.39 (s, 2H), 3.70- 3.82 (m, 4H), 3.65 (dd, J=7.1, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 3.07 (t, J=6.7 Hz, 2H), 2.02 (s, 3H), 1.85-1.95 (m, 1H), 0.85 (d, J=7.0 Hz, 6H). MS: (ES) m/z calculated C29H29Cl2F2N6O2 [M+H]+ 601.2, found 601.5.
