Pancreatin Use and Manufacturing
Activation and extraction Wash the frozen porcine pancreas, put it into a meat grinder and mince it into pancreatic pulp, and place it at a low temperature of 6-10<^0 for 48h to activate pancreatic pulp. For activated pancreatic plasma, add 2 times the amount of ethanol (25%) under constant stirring, adjust the acidity to Ph4 ~ 5 with hydrochloric acid (30%), then add an appropriate amount of calcium chloride, and place it at 15 ~ 250C. Incubate and extract for 4 to 8 hours, filter, and repeat the above extraction process on the filter cake, combining the two extracts. Porcine pancreatic plasma 6 ～100→activation and activation of pancreatic plasma ethanol, CaCl2;Ph4;150→precipitation of the extract, add 75ml of 95% ethanol cold to 0-50 to every 100ml of the extract, and continue to place it under the condition of 0-50 Freeze for 10-15 hours to make the precipitation complete, filter, collect the precipitate, and press dry to obtain crude pancreatin. Drug Function and Efficacy
