Methods of Manufacturing

Using 3-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, H acid, cyanuric chloride, p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and copper sulfate as raw materials, firstly diazotize 3-amino-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid and combine with H Acid coupling and then complexing with copper sulfate to obtain copper complex dye precursor; then cyanuric chloride is condensed with p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, and the condensation product is then condensed with copper complex dye precursor for the second time. After salting out, The finished product is filtered and dried.

Uses

Reactive Violet K-3R can be used for dyeing cotton and viscose fibers and direct printing of fabrics. It is mainly used for direct printing of cotton fabrics. It has high color yield and can be printed with deep and deep color. The color is not bright enough, with a slight yellow light. It is often used to fight all kinds of purple with Reactive Brilliant Red K-2G and Reactive Turquoise Blue K-GL. It can also be used for printing and dyeing silk fabrics, wool fabrics and nylon.
