Disperse Red 50 Use and Manufacturing
Using 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline and N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline as raw materials, first diazotize 2-chloro-4-nitroaniline, and then diazotize it with N-ethyl-N-cyanide Ethylaniline is coupled to obtain the product. After filtering, grinding and drying, the finished product is obtained.
Disperse Red SE-R can be used for dyeing and direct printing of polyester fiber fabrics. It has a yellowish red color, high color yield, good level dyeing, medium fastness, and good stability to acids and alkalis. It can be used as a three-primary color, and it can be used to disperse various light to medium colors with Disperse Blue 2BLN and medium temperature disperse dyes. It can also dye polyester-viscose blended fabric, diacetate fiber and triacetate fiber. Acrylic fiber dyes have a blue li
