γ-Globulins Use and Manufacturing

γ-Globulins from sheep were used to study the influence of HDL-cholesterol-elevating drugs on the in vitro activity of the HDL receptor SR-BI. 1 It was used in a study to test the interstitial transport of rabbit and sheep antibodies in normal and neoplastic tissues. 2, It was also used in a study to test the enhanced progesterone and testosterone secretion, and depressed estradiol secretion in vitro from small white follicle cells of incubating turkey hens.
