1,10-Decanediamine Use and Manufacturing
It is derived from the catalytic hydrogenation of sebaconitrile. Load 1, 10-sebaconitrile and Raney nickel catalyst suspended in 95% ethanol into a high-pressure reactor with a capacity of 1.1L, feed liquid ammonia, and then feed hydrogen to a pressure of 10.34MPa, and the temperature is raised to 125 ℃ to the time when hydrogen is no longer absorbed, cool down to allow hydrogen and ammonia to escape. Pass ethanol to wash out the reaction products in the reactor, and then decolorize and filter the ethanol solution to remove the catalyst. After the ethanol is distilled off under normal pressure, vacuum distillation is performed to collect the 143-146°C (1.867kPa) fraction to obtain 1, 10- The finished product of decane diamine. In addition, 1, 10-decanediamine can be prepared by catalytic ammoniating at 220-260°C with decanediol as a raw material and Raney nickel as a catalyst.
