Methods of Manufacturing

It is derived from the reaction of hexanoic acid and ketene. Cool the n-hexanoic acid, pass in the ketene, and then heat the reaction. After the reaction is completed, fractional distillation is carried out. The temperature is raised to 220°C within 1 h, and the low boilers are evaporated under normal pressure. Then vacuum fractional distillation, collect 118-121 ℃ (1.6kPa) distillate, that is, the finished product.
