Tris(dimethylamino)phosphine Use and Manufacturing
Dissolve 137.3g (1.0mol) of phosphorus trichloride in 1.5L of anhydrous ether, stir, cool to 1-5℃, pass excess anhydrous dimethylamine gas, control the aeration rate, so that the reaction temperature does not exceed 15℃ , After aeration, leave it at room temperature overnight in a nitrogen atmosphere, filter out the dimethylamine hydrochloride, the filtrate is evaporated under reduced pressure to recover ether, to obtain 152-154g, oily hexamethylphosphoramidite, yield 94-95 %.
Reagent combination with CCl4 for the conversion of hydroxyl groups to the corresponding chlorides; hydroxyl group activation; dehydrations.
Phosphorous triamide, N,N,N',N',N'',N''-hexamethyl-: ACTIVE
