Cyclohexylamine and urea (mixing ratio 1:0.41, mol) were refluxed in isoamyl alcohol for 20h, cooled, filtered, the filter cake was washed with ether, and dried to obtain 1, 3-dicyclohexylurea with a yield of 89% .
