Methods of Manufacturing

The preparation method is that isobutyronitrile prepared from isobutyraldehyde reacts with methanol and hydrogen chloride to prepare imine ether hydrochloride. The reaction equation is as follows: Isobutamidine is generated by the reaction of imine ether hydrochloride with ammonia, and then cyclized with ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of sodium hydroxide to generate 2-isopropyl-4-methyl-6-hydroxypyrimidine.
