Treasury is ventilated, low temperature and dry; stored separately from oxidant

Explosive decomposition when heated

Stability Stable, but may be an explosion hazard - do not heat. May decompose explosively in the presence of alkalies. Air sensitive. Hygroscopic. Incompatible with copper, copper alloys, strong oxidising agents, strong bases, nitrites.

P273-P280-P305 + P351 + P338

H290-H302 + H312-H315-H317-H319-H351-H373-H400-H412

Combustible. Gives off irritating or toxic fumes (or gases) in a fire.

Use water in large amounts, powder, alcohol-resistant foam, carbon dioxide. In case of fire: keep drums, etc., cool by spraying with water.

Personal protection: P2 filter respirator for harmful particles. Sweep spilled substance into covered containers. Carefully collect remainder. Then store and dispose of according to local regulations. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment.

Separated from oxidants, nitrates, nitrites and combustible substances.

A harmful concentration of airborne particles can be reached quickly when dispersed.

The substance is irritating to the eyes and skin. The substance may cause effects on the blood. This may result in the formation of methaemoglobin.

Repeated or prolonged contact may cause skin sensitization. The substance may have effects on the blood. This may result in anaemia.

NO open flames.

AVOID ALL CONTACT!

Use ventilation, local exhaust or breathing protection.

Protective gloves. Protective clothing.

Wear safety spectacles or eye protection in combination with breathing protection.

Toxicity

moderately

Drug Information

Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention.

Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. Refer for medical attention .

First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention.

The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol, through the skin and by ingestion.

See Ingestion.

MAY BE ABSORBED! Redness.

Redness. Pain.

Hydroxylamine, sulfate Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

There are two ways to synthesize hydroxylamine sulfate. Methyl ethyl ketone and sulfuric acid are reacted with ammonia gas to produce methyl ethyl ketone oxime, which is then reacted with sulfuric acid to hydrolyze to obtain hydroxylamine sulfate. Mix sodium nitrite and ammonium bisulfite, pass sulfur dioxide at 0~5℃, absorb the reaction to obtain hydroxylamine disulfonate, and then hydrolyze to hydroxylamine sulfate.

Uses

Used as reducing agent, developer and rubber vulcanizing agent. This product is an important raw material for the synthesis of caprolactam. It is also an intermediate of medicine and pesticide, used to produce a series of isoxazole derivatives, sulfa drugs and vitamin B6 and B12. Derivative oxime or hydroxamic acid derivatives can be used to produce pesticides, fungicides and herbicides. It can also be used for the purification of polymer synthesis raw materials and compounds, polymerization catalysts and chemical analysis reagents. Used as analytical reagent, reducing agent, also used in organic synthesis
