The preparation method is: the cyclobutane-1, 1-dicarboxylic acid is heated in the distillation unit, and the decarboxylic acid is released at about 160℃, and then heated distillation, and the fraction of 189-195℃ is collected as crude product, and the finished Cyclobutanecarboxylic acid can be obtained by re-distillation.
